This week marks the 16th anniversary of Mercy Chefs. I never could have imagined all that we'd see and do over serving over 20 million meals, and yet I know we're just getting started!

With so many new friends partnering with Mercy Chefs in recent months, I'm sure some have never heard this story. It began when my hometown of New Orleans was hit by Hurricane Katrina and I knew I had to respond. So I went to New Orleans and the experience changed my life.

Sixteen years later, Mercy Chefs is still pursuing our mission to "just go feed people" who are in the midst of natural and man-made disasters. As you know, we've been helping those suffering in Ukraine for over three months. Our deliveries of food and supplies are ongoing. Today, another vehicle will load up and head across the border to help families who are struggling in the midst of that war.
