This spring, Grassfire's disaster relief partner Mercy Chefs had its mission kitchen in Haiti destroyed by fire. The kitchen -- which has served 850,000 meals to mission workers and staff and is responsible for another 1.6 million for the Haitian community -- was a total loss.

Thanks to faithful friends, Phase One is nearing completion. But now Mercy Chefs must purchase and install the kitchen equipment and provide training and support to relaunch the kitchen this fall!
