Mercy Chefs' Hurricane Ida deployment was one of the largest in our history. But the practical reality of this massive deployment is that we are facing major expenditures to repair and restore our resources. We are estimating the costs just to repair what's been broken or has worn out will exceed tens of thousands of dollars. And we're still paying the grocery bills, which totaled into the hundreds of thousands of dollars (remember, we served over 200,000 meals!).
