Tomorrow I will be making a formal announcement that Mercy Chefs has served our TEN-MILLIONTH MEAL -- a number I wouldn't have even thought was fathomable just one year ago.

Over the past year, Mercy Chefs has been responding almost non-stop to natural disasters and economic crisis. As a result, we've seen an unprecedented increase in the demand for Mercy Chefs' meals and resources. And the pace of outreach continues to accelerate. Last week alone, Mercy Chefs provided more than 370,000 meals to hurting individuals and families.
