UPDATE: One of the refrigeration trucks we rented for this deployment went down overnight last night. Our team had already prepared pulled pork for over 7,000 meals, along with hundreds of pounds of ground beef, 600 hamburger patties, and pounds and pounds of Italian sausage and cheddar cheese. Plus, we had to quick-order another entire truckload of groceries so we could have enough food for lunch and dinner today. Total bill: over $70,000!
