Hurricane Idalia is now a CATEGORY 3 major hurricane with sustained winds of 125 MPH. Landfall is imminent in the North Florida region known as Big Bend at the start of the Florida Panhandle.

Mercy Chefs has mobilized our fleet of kitchens and support vehicles along with more than a dozen chefs and staffers. I am currently with our team, staged just outside the expected landfall area so we can mobilize relief immediately after the storm hits.
