I want to share with you an important breakthrough regarding our earthquake relief efforts...

Mercy Chefs has acquired large containers that are suitable to be converted into field kitchens for deployment in some of the hardest-hit areas here in Turkey.

Today, our team began converting and outfitting the first container here in Antakya. As soon as this weekend, this kitchen will begin serving 1,500 meals a day to earthquake victims. This is in addition to our other relief efforts that are providing meals, groceries, water and critical necessities to thousands.

And here's what make this such a major breakthrough...

Once we "turn the wheel" on this first container kitchen, our team will then begin converting more containers for other hard-hit cities. As a result, Mercy Chefs' relief efforts here in Turkey could grow exponentially in the coming days -- just in time to help meet what is an ever-increasing need here.

{{recipient.first_name_or_friend}}, I'm turning to you for HELP right now as we establish this container kitchen to feed an additional 1,500 people daily at the heart of the earthquake strike.

Specifically, I'm looking for at least 500 friends today through this weekend to help fund the meals this first container kitchen will serve over the next few weeks. Will you help? Go here to help feed earthquake victims:

+ + Situation here is desperate...

This is by far the WORST CONDITIONS I have ever seen in the aftermath of a natural disaster. We've driven through cities where every single apartment building we saw was damaged or destroyed. Estimates are showing over 9 million are displaced in Turkey alone. We've seen the tent cities with tens and hundreds of thousands of people.

What Mercy Chefs is doing is absolutely critical. I want to get this first container kitchen up and running and serving its first meals THIS WEEKEND. Then, I want to expand as quickly as possible.

Will you help? Go here.

And please pray for the earthquake victims here, as well as our team. We need endurance, perseverance and favor so we can reach the most people possible.

Thanks in advance, and may God bless you richly,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs

P.S. Again, I'm hoping 500 friends will step forward and help us THIS WEEKEND as we launch this first container kitchen that will feed an additional 1,500 people daily. Will you help make this happen? Go here:
