We are still working to finalize plans for our BASE OF OPERATIONS. Our goal is to find a location that is within reach of the most heavily impacted areas. This will give Mercy Chefs the ability to help the most people across this hard-hit region.

We are all working as fast as we can so that we can be serving our first meals TOMORROW EVENING. That means it's "all hands on deck" for the next 24 hours, and we need every Mercy Chefs friend from across the country "chipping in" to help!

These people need our help. Just about everyone was caught off guard when the storm strengthened to a CAT-2 before making landfall. The worst is the rain and flooding -- and trying to pick up the pieces without power.
