I want to share with you the LATEST on our work in Ukraine. As you know, sadly, the war continues. Earlier this week, the city of Odesa faced heavy bombing raids which the mayor called "one of the most horrible nights" of the entire war.

Even with the war showing no signs of ending, more than 5 million Ukrainians have returned home since last summer in hopes of getting on with their normal lives. It's been very difficult given all the devastation and the constant threat of war -- especially for those at or near the front lines of this war.

Right now, Mercy Chefs is bringing relief directly to eastern Ukraine through our partner's base just 10 kilometers from the front lines. As far as we know, there are no other organizations serving in these areas. It is an enormous responsibility and opportunity to provide relief to those in greatest need.

As I write, a Mercy Chefs team is headed to Ukraine to join our partners at a front line base. Over the next several days, we we will be training four cooks who are continuing the relief efforts. This training is critical as we work to provide the highest quality meals in the most efficient means possible to those who are being directly impacted by this horrible war.

As we continue to meet these critical needs on Ukraine's front lines, I'm asking every Mercy Chefs friend to stand with us in a special way right now.

Will you stand with Mercy Chefs as we bring relief directly to Ukrainians who are most impacted by the devastating war directly on the front lines? Go here to make your tax-deductible gift to support Ukraine war victims:

In February of last year when Ann and I first traveled to the Romania-Ukraine border, we had no idea that the Lord would open a door for Mercy Chefs to serve as a critical pipeline of relief for millions inside Ukraine. To date, we have helped provide over four million pounds of food to those caught in the crossfire of Russia's invasion. And that work continues right now on the very front lines of the fighting.

Please pray for the families who are suffering. Pray for those who have lost loved ones and homes and jobs. Pray for our team that is in transit today to bring vitally needed training and support.

And thanks in advance for your help.

May God bless you richly.

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs
