Ian has strengthened into a Category 4 storm with top sustained winds of 155 mph. Forecasters are now saying areas of Florida could receive over 20 inches of rain, which means this storm is bringing the potential for catastrophic wind damage and flooding, along with a coastal storm surge of up to 16 feet! The National Weather Service says "catastrophic wind damage is likely."
