Hurricane Iota has rapidly developed into a massive CAT-5 hurricane with 160mph winds that will hit Central America beginning this evening. It is the strongest hurricane of the year and expected to bring devastating winds and another round of deadly flooding to already decimated areas, including where Mercy Chefs is serving in Honduras.

This is all so tragic. The people in Central America haven't even started on the long road of recovery from Hurricane Eta, which took the lives of more than 170 people and many are still missing.
