Wednesday Update -- North Carolina Relief

I'm in western North Carolina with our team, where the devastation is almost incomprehensible. Floodwaters have ravaged entire communities.

We're meeting families and business owners who have suffered overwhelming losses, yet are standing strong through this horrible crisis. But they need help right now.

+ + Serving hot meals TODAY in North Carolina...

Thanks to you, Mercy Chefs is here in North Carolina today, serving hot meals in Asheville and surrounding communities.

Our team delivered our first meals to hurting families in North Carolina last night -- Southwest peppers and chicken over rice with coleslaw, buttered biscuits, fresh berries, and muffins.

It's hard to describe what a hot, chef-prepared meal means to families who are still in shock from one of the worst natural disasters in American history.

All this is taking place while we continue to meet critical needs in Florida.

With our Mercy Chefs teams fully deployed across two states, can you stand in the gap with us? Every gift will make a difference. Go here to sponsor hot meals for Helene victims in both North Carolina and Florida while we continue other vital outreaches:

The situation is urgent right now. Many of these communities have little to no communication, no reliable drinking water, and no access to hot meals.

Because of the faithful support of friends like you, Mercy Chefs is delivering hot meals and relief to folks at their most urgent points of need.

Thank you for sending us! And thanks for your continued prayers for the people impacted by Helene.

God bless,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs

P.S. We'll serve thousands of meals today in Florida and North Carolina. Every meal we serve depends on the faithful partnership of friends like you. Just $70 can help sponsor 20 meals. A gift of $350 sponsor 100 meals. Every gift helps. Go here:
