I want to update you on a very important development for Mercy Chefs' international relief efforts.

Last week, Mercy Chefs Global installed our first community kitchen in Comayagua, Honduras. We came to Honduras in 2020 when two massive hurricanes ripped through Latin America, and our mission of relief has continued to this day.

This new kitchen is co-located with a local church and will provide relief to those in the region while also serving as a hub for providing training in food relief across Latin America.

Please go here for an inside look at our new Mercy Chefs Global kitchen:

This kitchen is a dream come true. When we launched Mercy Chefs Global late last year, one of our initial goals was to establish a fully equipped, professional-quality kitchen in the midst of an area of urgent need in Latin America. This kitchen will not only help feed thousands. Through this facility, we will work to help raise the standard for food relief across all of Latin America. I'm hoping, praying and believing that this first Global kitchen will serve as a model that we can replicate in many countries in the coming months and years.

The mission of our first Global kitchen is just beginning. Now, I need your help.

Specifically, I'm looking for 200 friends to partner with us this weekend as we launch this Global kitchen.

Will you partner with us? Go here to help feed thousands and establish a training base for Latin America through Mercy Chefs' first Global kitchen:

This is a major breakthrough. I believe this first Global kitchen can serve as a model that could elevate both short and long term food relief in many of the most desperate regions of the world.

Thank you so much for standing with Mercy Chefs as we follow our mission to "go feed people" both here in America and around the world.

God bless,

Gary LeBlanc
