Yesterday, yet another community was hit hard by a tornado...

The tornado went through Jackson County, Mississippi, and barreled straight down Main Street of the town of Moss Point.

Damage in Moss Point is extensive. The local high school was hit and dozens of homes and buildings have been impacted.

+ + We are DEPLOYING... now in two locations

Earlier today, we made the decision to deploy a Mercy Chefs team to Moss Point, while we remain fully engaged with relief efforts in Perryton (TX).

Tomorrow, I will arrive and join several Mercy Chefs team members, including one of our staffers who is from Moss Point.

This means, as of tomorrow, Mercy Chefs will be fully deployed in TWO LOCATIONS in response to these recent tornadoes.

Can you help?

Go here now to help sponsor 10, 20, 50 or even 100 or more meals for tornado victims in Texas and Mississippi:

+ + Feeding children...

As we deploy to Moss Point, the need is still great in Perryton. In fact, our team there is expecting to serve even more meals over the next few days.

Yesterday, we began serving hot meals to children from families in Perryton whose homes were completely destroyed. These precious little ones are staying at a local daycare to seek shelter from the scorching heat. Thanks to friends like you, these kids are receiving nutritious meals during this time of great uncertainty for their families and the entire community.

Please pray.

And please help by sponsoring meals for tornado victims.

God bless,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs

P.S. This latest outbreak of tornadoes comes as our team is closely monitoring two storms in the Atlantic with real potential of developing into major tropical storms or hurricanes. This is quickly becoming an "all hands on deck" moment for Mercy Chefs. Go here to help:
