I received a call from Senator Rand Paul's office. They're asking for help again in Eastern Kentucky.

Here's the situation...

The people of Eastern Kentucky who were hit by historic flooding last year are facing an urgent need for meals right now. The flooding was so devastating that it is taking MONTHS for communities to recover. Then, over Christmas, the entire area was hit with a bitter cold snap that sent these communities reeling once again.

As a result of this compounding natural disaster, many families do not have a reliable supply of food. This is forcing folks to get in line as early as 3 A.M. for a 3 P.M. food distribution! We are being told that as many as 90% of the school-aged children have NO RELIABLE SOURCE OF FOOD AT HOME right now. The only meal they get is at school.

I told the Senator's team that Mercy Chefs will re-deploy to the region immediately. Our plan is to be on the ground IN TWO DAYS and to start out serving 2,000-3,000 meals daily. I fully expect that number will increase as word spreads.

Now I need your help!

Will you help sponsor 10, 20, 50, or even 100 meals for the families of Eastern Kentucky who have been hit again and are really struggling right now? Go here to make your gift to help Kentucky flood victims:

There has been almost no media coverage of this crisis. We are totally relying on friends like you to help make it possible for Mercy Chefs to meet this need.

Will you send us back to Eastern Kentucky?

Thanks for your prayerful consideration.

May God bless you,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs

P.S. I want to be on the ground in TWO DAYS and serving thousands of meals by this weekend. Please help. Go here:
