Our team has been in Tijuana, Mexico, training and equipping the incredible people who are operating a shelter and providing 1,800 meals each day for children like these. This is why Mercy Chefs exists -- to help bring a smile to the faces of those who are impacted by hardship and disaster by providing them an excellent meal prepared with care and love.

This month, your support has helped Mercy Chefs respond to natural disaster here at home. With your help, our community kitchens are providing thousands of meals to our neighbors. And through Mercy Chefs Global, your partnership is literally reaching some of the regions of the world that have been hit hardest by war and natural disaster.

When I launched Mercy Chefs, I couldn't have imagined this mission to feed people "body and soul" would extend across this country and around the world. And yet, I know we are just getting started. The need for meals and especially training and equipping is that great.
