As Mercy Chefs works to establish this new kitchen on the front lines of Ukraine, I'm struck by the level of suffering the everyday people of Ukraine have been facing.

I feel for the children, especially those who are living just a few miles from the fighting. I want to make sure we can get them high-quality meals...

Sadly, the elderly often have no place to go. Many are just trying to make it through another day....
