With the month already more than half over, we are now rushing to our December 31 deadline to meet the $150,000 Year-End Matching Challenge.
This Challenge gift is a great blessing as we continue to expand our efforts here at home and launch Mercy Chefs GLOBAL so we can feed even more people.
I'm hoping to reach at least ONE-THIRD of the $150,000 Challenge goal by the end of this weekend. That means we need to raise $50,000 by Monday to stay on track.
+ + In Puerto Rico today
Today our team is in Puerto Rico as we continue our extensive holiday outreaches that will provide 10,000 meals this month alone. Here, one of our team members is
distributing grocery packs for the holidays as part of our Puerto Rico outreach.
We just got back from Ukraine and our team has been feeding hurting families in Honduras all week. Plus, our community kitchens have been busy all month serving holiday meals and microwavable meals.
This has been an unprecedented year of outreach for Mercy Chefs. Our relief efforts are expanding dramatically, and this has continued right to the end of the year.
That's why this Matching Challenge is such a blessing.
