Mercy Chefs is DEPLOYING to Houston in response to Hurricane Beryl.

Beryl came ashore in Texas as a Category 1 storm, bringing extensive damage and power outages across the state. As I write, more than TWO MILLION customers (meaning an estimated FOUR MILLION PEOPLE) are currently without power.

+ + Help Houston families...

Our mobile kitchen arrived in Dallas last night and is now in transit to Houston. We are hoping to have first hot meals served this evening.

Loss of power combined with extreme heat that is expected this week creates a critical need for those in the path of this storm. Can you help?

Go here to help sponsor 10, 20, 50 or even 100 meals we'll serve to Houston families in need this week:

Meanwhile, the situation in Grenada remains critical.

This past weekend, Mercy Chefs deployed a team to Grenada. We are now helping to establish a kitchen on one of the hardest-hit islands -- Carriacou. This is the very heart of the most desperate need. We need resources and we need your prayers.

Hurricane Beryl set a record as the strongest hurricane on record ever in both the months of June and July! It has impacted millions across thousands of miles.

Mercy Chefs is responding -- both in Texas and Grenada. But we need YOUR help!

Thanks in advance and God bless,

Gary LeBlanc, Mercy Chefs
