As you may have heard, this past Sunday, an EF-3 tornado suddenly developed and ripped through Mercy Chefs' own backyard, Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported but more than 100 homes have been damaged and Mercy Chefs has been asked to step in and fill the gap of providing hot meals for victims and disaster workers.

As I write, our team is preparing meals that will be served for lunch today to those impacted by this tornado. 

I'm looking for a few hundred friends who can help us in the next 24 hours as we work to meet this need beginning today. We'll provide thousands of meals through this weekend.
