This is Kevin.

We met him at an evacuee center in Honduras. Mercy Chefs provided him and others with a meal of rice with chicken and vegetables (arroz con pollo). Kevin called it “birthday rice” because it is something generally served on special celebration days in Honduras.

In the midst of tragedy, you helped put a smile on Kevin's face. But we have many more kids and families to reach right now.

This week alone, Mercy Chefs will provide over 150,000 meals to hurricane victims in Honduras and hurting families here in the U.S.
