We are just over two weeks from launching our holiday outreaches. My team is gearing up to head to Southeast Louisiana where we'll be providing Thanksgiving meals to Hurricane Ida victims. We'll be serving Thanksgiving Dinner beginning on the 20th of this month through Thanksgiving Day.
As of this morning, we still haven't met our funding goal for our Thanksgiving outreaches and I must begin preparations immediately.

I'm asking every Mercy Chefs friend to consider MATCHING what your family will spend on your Thanksgiving meal with a corresponding gift to Mercy Chefs to set a "second table" for a hurting family. Here's the good news...
- If your family typically spends about $60 on Thanksgiving, your $60 gift to Mercy Chefs will actually set THREE "second tables" for three families of four!
- Your $100 gift will set FIVE "second tables" for five families;

I want you to know that Mercy Chefs serves REAL Thanksgiving dinners -- complete with all the trimmings. 
Our goal is to create a genuine holiday feast for those who might not otherwise be able to create a feast this year. That's why we traditionally return to communities that were hit hard by natural disaster, such as Louisiana. Because families often struggle even more during the holidays, these meals are some of the most impactful that we serve during the entire year.
